Is the reason the DOJ isn't indicting Trump for the crimes he was impeached for committing because the DOJ will be exposed for violating its "Chinese Wall" and its failure to keep the power of prosecution, intimidation, and accusation within the walls of the DOJ but let Trump put fear and hate and job security anguish in them, and had them do illegal things?
The illegal things they did was get search warrants based on false assertions: they lied to Federal Judges. And, they lied to Federal Judges while the ex NY South U.S. Attorney, Preet Bharara was praising the honor, courage, and respect for Justice the U.S. Attorney's have. Why haven't they taken the prosecutor's notes from the two impeachments and sent a U.S. Attorney into a Grand Jury Room with them and gotten indictments? Cowardice, self serving, and coverup of previous Cowardice and self-serving that led to crimes in the Court House. Why are there so many books on the subject of innocent men in prison, and that a U.S. attorney can get a ham sandwich indicted? Because they are honorable men, they are all, all honorable men. Crimes are committed by criminals, like Presidents, FBI investigators, DOJ executives . We knew, the DOJ and its Attorney's knew, the President knew. And now there has been a coverup for the DOJ executives, by the DOJ executives, and an ex-Federal Judge has not sent the evidence into any grand jury. Why? "It may well bring down the DOJ and FBI workers and executives." And he is right.
